The case of the Bengal Tiger
The Atlas of Curiosities: Part 31
He was a man of about 35, slight, wearing glasses, speaking in English heavily accented by his native German. He demeanor was downtrodden and timid. He had dark rings under his eyes revealing that he hardly slept, and he struggled to maintain eye contact during conversation.
“There it is again!” he whispered.
“There what is?” we asked.
“The Bengal tiger!” he said. “It has never stopped following me.”
We glanced around the room. There was nothing of the sort in this room, which was a parlor dedicated to polite gatherings and light dining. Guests milled about, chatting and laughing. There was a mild growl of conversation, and a light twinkling of glasses, but as for Bengal Tigers, precisely none.
“Where is it?” we asked him.
“It hides among crowds,” he told us. “Its camouflage is flawless. It is as cunning as it is cruel. Whenever I leave my house, it stalks me.”
Fascinating. “How long has it pursued you?” we asked him.
“It has been after me since I came of age,” he said. He began to act increasingly agitated, glancing around the room and shifting his weight from one foot to the other. “Though, when I was young I could not identify it. It was a beast of some sort, of that I was sure. It haunted me so menacingly that its form became ever more apparent with each sighting, until eventually I was able to identify it. It is the Bengal Tiger Panthera tigris tigris, native to India and Bangladesh.”
We asked him how he had discovered this classification, and he told us that he scoured through an illustrated book of natural history at a state library. Only then could he make a firm identification.
“There are strategies for dealing with Bengal Tigers,” he said, still visibly fearful. “The natives of the Hindu Kush fashion masks which they wear backwards on their heads. The beast will not pounce headlong onto its prey, so it waits in vain for a chance to attack from the back.”
He motioned for us to come nearer. He was whispering now. From inside his jacket he pulled a crude mask with an elastic band affixed to either side.
“I bring this with me when I go to places I know will have people. It looks nothing like me, but it keeps the tiger at bay.”
With that, he excused himself and ducked out of the room, moving quickly down the hall, looking as if he were legitimately being pursued.
“Is he mad?” we asked our host.
“No more so than you or I,” our host said. “Though perhaps his vision is slightly clearer.”

As you can tell I have definately upgraded my Super Blackfoot. It has a Tekin Rebel esc, Team Associated Firehawk motor, Tamiya oil filled shocks with green Losi springs in the rear, RPM receiver case, TC3 rear body posts, Team Associated antenna tube and mount, Hitec steering servo, and several different wheel and tire combinations. I locked the diff with silly puddy to make it perform better in the snow and it really has made a world of difference. I water proofed the esc by using clear slicone around the seam of the case. I just purchased a new 97 Dakota body to have some fun with because I love how it looks on the truck. I used to have Ram lights on the rollbar but they have been broken for awhile. I still might pick up another set because it made it a black to run the truck at night. The only thing I really need to do is redisgn the steering system because like so many others there is a ridiculous amount of play in it. I saw the thread on RCMT about it and I might try to do something similar. There truck got me started off in the world of RC because after seeing my friends original blackfoot I had to have one. I used to have an original blackfoot that my father picked up at a swap meat but when I was younger I took it all apart and only kept the parts like the chassis and screws that I could use for my Super Blackfoot. It really is too bad I didn’t keep it because all the parts where there and I did have it running at one point.

The Earth is not a place to be taken lightly. It is a place of complexity and must be put under a close and observed JN0-350 eye because it need to be understood in all aspects by means of life, nature, and spirit. The Native Americans are sure to constantly take pride ion all they set out to do in life. This is a positive way of F50-521 thinking and can be put into contrast to the American view of all life forms. American take things for granted and are ususally never satisfied. This 117-101 can be assumed to be a problem for society and a way to overcome this could be bettered through the help of the Native Americans. The Native Americans have many beneficial outlooks on life that can only do americans good. By taking in this information from the Native 156-215 Americans Americans can only live out a life of increasing successs through the positive feedback that the earth gives them.
